So let’s say your target price is £350,000 and after a thorough 6 week marketing campaign the best offer is £340,000 and we suggest you should accept as the buyer is in a good position.

That means you accepted 3% less than the target price so we will reduce our standard 1.5% fee by 3% too meaning a fee of 1.45%+VAT.

Because that’s the fair thing to do.

Never! it’s no move, no fee and you can cancel at any time, but you won’t want to we promise.

Estate Agents use contracts to tie sellers down, it only benefits the agent not the client.
